It was a very good week. I feel that I learned a lot from the readings and assignments and my $100.00 project is coming long. The action hero this week was great. I liked how he talked about the companies that he established  that were motivated by making profit usually failed, and the companies that were motivated by helping others usually succeed. I think there is a direct correlation “when you are in the service of your fellow being your are in the service of your God” I learned a lot from the hire slow fire fast article. It is very important to hire the right people, and fire the people who are not performing to the company standards. I think that Zappos shoes has the best hiring model. Zappos offers three thousand dollars to newly hired employees to quit if they feel that Zappos is not the company for them. Zappos is a great example of company who hires slow, and fires fast. My painting company is doing well. So far I have painted two houses and have made total of thirty dollars. Not a bad, but I know I can do better. My goal is to make the one hundred dollar mark first and then hopefully make more. It was a great week.
